About: Native Oregonians Dr. Henry and Araminta Miller own and operate this boutique Dundee Hills AVA winery.  They have a young vineyard onsite, and source much of their fruit from several renowned estate vineyards in the Dundee Hills, Ribbon Ridge, Chehalem Mountains and McMinnville AVA’s.  Henry Miller is a forensics psychologist with an impressive collection of “interesting” books that fit perfectly with their two- story reading library, large couch and oversized chairs that serve as additional seating for the couples’ tasting room.

Winemaker: Thibaud Mandet, an Auvergne, France native, earned a degree in organic chemistry before working as assistant winemaker for Laurent Montilieau at Willakenzie Estates.  In 2000, Thibaud became head winemaker at Willakenzie Estate where he worked until 2017, when he established his own Eola Hills brand, “Clos Griotte”.  Thibaud joined the DWL team in 2019 and shares the Miller’s commitment to producing top quality wines by gentle nurturing of the vineyards.
