Available by appointment only Wednesday through Sunday for groups of eight (8) or less. Reservations required in advance with all guests in a reservation confirmed for the same experience.
A Seated Tasting experience, guided by a Fairsing team member, includes a flight compiled from current release selections.
Glass or Bottle Service experiences provide access to current release offerings and are offered outdoors at designated spaces reserved in advance. No outside food or beverages allowed on premise.
Fairsing Picnic Access extends to current Wine Club members and their guests with reservations secured in advance. Glass or bottle service available. Picnic experiences enjoyed outdoors at reserved spaces (inclement weather will affect outdoor seating availability and re-scheduling may be required.

Located high among the hills of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, Fairsing offers sweeping panoramic valley views extending from the Cascades to the Coastal Mountain Ranges.
Enjoy generous exterior patios, intimate seating areas, cozy fireplaces and a meditative labyrinth just a few steps from the tasting room.
Nestled within a certified sustainable forest, Fairsing Vineyard draws upon the enduring farming and merchant traditions of the owner's Irish ancestors. The overall design of the Fairsing tasting room and event space is reminiscent of ancient structures found in Ireland's countryside.
Established in 2005, Fairsing is distinguished by its ancient sedimentary soils, varied topography and biodiversity. The vineyard is planted to over 42 acres of Chardonnay and Pinot noir on south-facing slopes ranging from 400 to 750 in elevation. Selections include Dijon 667, 777, 114, 115, Pommard and Wadensvil selections.
With over 40 years of viticulture and winemaking knowledge, Robert Brittan’s extensive winemaking experience ensures Fairsing Vineyard wines reflect the abundant beauty and complexity of the estate.
Fairsing Vineyard is a certified member of the Low Input Viticulture and Enology (LIVE) and Salmon Safe programs, the American Tree Farm System, and signatory of the Willamette Valley Oak Accord.
